These are posters and video game advertisements designed primarily to be used in EmuVR, a VR frontend for emulation using Retroarch. These images have been slightly edited from their source material. All edits have been specified, and originals have been provided. Thumbnails are displayed - click through the images to view their full resolution.
Additionally, these posters can also be used for the game Tower Unite, but it is recommended to take their source images and calculate the aspect ratio seperately for that use.
No copyright infringement is intended by these images. In fact, most are basically free advertisements here. However, if you are a copyright holder and you take issue with hosting your content on these servers or altered on this page, shoot me an email at orangestar@cats4gold.net and we can work out the issue. Thank you.
Here are screenshots of a clean EmuVR room with some example posters placed down. (These are not the default example posters—these have larger print.) These screenshots have been further edited with clarifying marks where poster numbers and aspect ratios cannot be accurately discerned. You can use these screenshots to get an idea for where you would like your posters, and what size they will end up. Do note that EmuVR will compress images to save memory if it needs to: smaller images like comic pages on dressers or what have you will be hard to read in VR if your label texture setting is turned down.
(If some of these posters look stretched in my screenshots, it's because I forgot to edit the image size before I exported them. The ratios listed on each poster are still correct.)

The DOOM poster seems to be a staple for EmuVR rooms, but this collectors edition DOOM poster—with replica signatures featuring the original designers of the game—seems to be all but forgotten. Sides slightly extended to fit the aspect ratio. This image has been de-noised, which resulted in a slightly higher contrast and saturation.

A set of posters taken directly from the New Blood store featuring two of their biggest

Original image sourced from the New Blood store. NOTE: This image has been squished vertically slightly to fit the aspect ratio.

A pair of advertisements in the form of Judge Dredd comics, made to sell the Sega Game Gear. The top and bottom of these images have been cropped to fit the aspect ratio, and some art at the bottom of the second image has been lost as a result.
I cribbed these images from a /vr/ thread of retro game advertisements several years ago, and have held onto them since. I used to have a bunch of scans from other video game ads and comic book covers, and I may share them later.
